These terms govern your use of Swipe60 (swipe60.com), an AI tool that generates advertising and social creative images from a reference creative and your own product photos. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Swipe60 is early software and is still changing. Features may be added, altered or removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will try to avoid losing your work, but you should keep your own copies of anything you care about.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping access to that Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. One person, one account.
You keep ownership of the images and text you upload. You grant us the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your content, and to transmit it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy so they can generate the results you request.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use, and do not upload images of other people without their consent.
Subject to these terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, you may use the images you generate, including commercially. Please understand what that does and does not mean:
Do not use Swipe60 to create or distribute:
Also do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data, and do not resell access to the service without our agreement.
You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm others or the service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused credits in it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
