Privacy Policy

Swipe60 (swipe60.com, "we", "us") is an AI tool that generates advertising and social creative images. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile picture URL. We never receive and cannot see your Google password.
• Content you upload. The reference creative images and product photos you upload, along with any text or prompts you write.
• Generated results. The images the AI produces, together with the prompt, aspect ratio and resolution used to make them.
• Usage and billing information. Your credit balance, and records of credits spent and purchased.
• Technical logs. Request timestamps and error details, kept so we can diagnose failures.

We do not collect your contacts, location or browsing history, and we do not use your data for advertising.

2. How we use it

• To create your account, keep you signed in, and show your work only to you.
• To send the images and text you submit to AI model providers so they can generate the images you asked for.
• To calculate and deduct credits, and to process top-ups.
• To debug problems, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

Unless you choose to publish a piece of work as a public sample, the content you upload and generate is visible only to you — and to us where access is genuinely needed to operate or troubleshoot the service.

3. Who we share it with

The service depends on the providers below. Each processes some of your data and has its own privacy policy.

• Google — handles sign-in and authentication.
• Supabase (accounts, database and file storage; servers in the United States) — stores your account information, uploaded files and saved work.
• KIE.ai (AI model API) — receives the images and prompts you submit in order to generate creative ideas and images.
• Render (application hosting; servers in the United States) — runs the site's servers.
• Stripe (payments) — processes top-up payments. Card details are collected and held by Stripe directly; our servers never see your card number.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Storage and retention

Your account information, uploaded images and generated results are kept until you ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept only briefly, to investigate recent failures. Data is stored on servers located in the United States.

5. Your choices, and how to delete your data

You can ask us at any time to export or delete your account and everything associated with it. Email us from the address you signed up with and we will act on it within a reasonable time. Deleting your account also deletes your images and saved work, and cannot be undone.

You can also revoke Swipe60's access at any time from the "Third-party apps & services" section of your Google account.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. To keep you signed in, your browser's localStorage holds a session token; clearing your browser data signs you out.

7. Children

This service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected a child's personal information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
